The Stirling Campus at Forth Valley College has a training restaurant called The Gallery which I visited a couple of weeks ago.
I visited on their Spanish themed afternoon. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly, taking our coats to hang up and sitting us at a table with a view. The table faced the Wallace Monument which was just stunning.
The menu had a selection of different foods to choose from with options for both meat lovers and vegetarian diners. We opted to go for the two course meal which was only £7.50 which was such good value.
I chose to go for the Spanish meatballs with rice, and Alice, who I was with, went for the Vegetable tortilla. Whilst waiting for the food to arrive, we were given some bread to start. However, the wait wasn’t long as the food arrived very swiftly. It was very well presented and tasted just as good as it looked!
For dessert, we both treated ourselves to the churros with chocolate dipping sauce which was so good.
All in all, the dining experience at the Gallery was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food tasted great, and with such good prices, I would highly recommend others to try it!
