Forth Valley College staff members have been hitting the gym hard this year with a little bit of help from the gym team and now it’s your turn to get involved.

Have you been trying to lose weight or even just get a little bit fitter? With a gym on each of our campuses, we have a solution for you. Since the start of January the gym team have been pulling together different programmes each week for you to try. This way you can mix it up a little bit each week by trying different exercises.
